RFA Bidders Conference

Bidders' Conferences are non-mandatory.
You need not be present at one of them
in order to apply.
All but one Bidders' Conference will be
video-conferenced at 6 locations across
the state on Thursday, Nov. 20th at
2-PM. Details are in the RFA. We were
unable to secure a NYC video-capable
site for that date, so I am conducting a
live Bidders' Conference for NYC
applications on Wednesday, Nov. 19th at
2-PM at 75 Morton St. in Manhattan (OMRDD
Offices).
Completed applications will be due on
Dec. 16th and, as noted in yesterday's
message, it will be an e-mail submission
on a very simplified application form .
